  • Facilitated collaboration across design agency, developers, and Voss senior management.

  • Set key milestones for each project phase (concept, wireframes, prototyping, development).

  • Coordinated technical planning, including navigation, product selection, and global optimization.

  • Ran progress review meetings with design and dev teams to ensure progress was tracking with time and budget.

  • Developed a strategy highlighting VOSS’s values: purity, sustainability, and sophistication.

  • Lead extensive cost effective, time intensive shoots across the Voss product range.

  • Curate and refine content from global agencies to align with modernised style guide
