Wentworth Golf Academy Launch

The launch of Wentworth’s state-of-the-art, members-only Golf Academy demanded a pragmatic integrated content approach to match the prestige of the venue. I led the production of film, photography, and social assets to support a full suite of marketing deliverables across digital and print.

 

​​Key responsibilities included:

  • Creative direction and on-site leadership: I directed a highly coordinated shoot on location, working closely with a professional camera crew, on-site personnel, and a cast of models. This involved scene planning, shot lists, wardrobe coordination, and ensuring the visuals aligned with the brand’s premium tone.

  • Stakeholder management: From pre-production to final approvals, I coordinated with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations, and coordinated external production partners for the shoot. I managed timelines, negoted budgets, and guided stakeholders through each stage of the creative process.

  • Multi-platform content creation: I managed the onsite team and outside production partners to produce a suite of assets including promotional films and cut downs, hero photography for print brochures, and campaign imagery tailored for social media. The content was designed to reflect the Academy’s blend of cutting-edge technology and classic British heritage.

  • This project required a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on creative leadership balancing the detail of luxury branding with the logistical demands of location production.

    • Expanding, refining and interpreting new brand guidelines for the Wentworth Club.

    • Lead extensive cost effective, time intensive shoots across Wentworth's offering aligned with updated style guide.

    • Curate and edit stock footage where neccesary as placeholders 

  • Pitching, planning and producing new streams of content for social:

    • Pitched Wentworth Moments, Personnel Profiles and updated members social structure

    • Briefing and managing the production of freshly brand aligned content at the Wentworth location with the onsite team

    • Shooting and editing keystone projects such as the Website Golf content, F&B Cocktail series, and Head Greenkeeper profile.

  • Accelerated organic social growth by 60%, reaching 20k instagram following 6 weeks earlier than baseline estimation. ​​
